Chapter 1124: Athena’s Revelation

This meant that if Leviathan entered the battle, it could become a one sided massacre. After all, he was at least at the Eveningstar rank while those that maintained the royal families in place of their masters were in the Arcane rank.

A battle with one that could cut through laws and time was much different with one that was bounded by it.

This defeat was not something that any of these women wanted.

After all, it would mean that Lilith had gotten their way. And the goal of their union would be gone.

At the same time, Lilith was a more peculiar opponent to face. The royal families as they were now, were not united. Also, their minds were not as gifted as the sisters of Eve.

they were a much easier target than Lilith.

However, these women knew nothing of what Lilith planned. After all, While they sought power and the benefit that came with it, she had her eyes on something far greater, something more distant, a fore telling of things to come that could not be avoided.

Meanwhile, the Royal demon family, also known as the Corpse family emerged from their many thousand years prison.

Leviathan was the only other person to have ever met the entity known as Death and make it back alive. Of course, he came back with a gift, turning all of his family into undead corpses.

It is rumored that the other Royal families saw this achievement as a threat and therefore, they backstabbed him and that was why the Leviathan was imprisoned.

This was truly not a baseless accusation. And in interacting with Devils and demons so far, Athena believe that it might have actually been so.

She could feel that a storm was brewing and she was some how in the eye of it. Her curious nature led her to seek answers.

And so she decided to take a short stroll. In hell, the Title mother of hell was a very heavy one. It came with a a lot of respect from creatures and even the Entities.

However, it also came with fear, and aside from flaterey here and there to get on her good side because she was now Lilith’s general, the main sauce was never given to her.

She was practically just a pawn in a much larger game.

And thus, she went to seek people that had no choice but to talk to her. She went to seek the Hell beasts.

But not the regular ones. No! She went to find the Primordial Hell beasts.

Athena had gotten better control of her powers and finding them was not difficult. After all, she could hear their thoughts swimming in the air.

The Huge inverted eye that looked like living flames shone on her. "I have a feeling that my emotions might have pulled me into something I might regret later!" Athena spoke up.

The Hell beast replied, "Whether you had decided to stay here or there, it won’t matter. The War that is coming will engulf all. At least you are were you will have more control over your fate."

"What do you mean... Leviathan? The Mother of hell has put a leash around his neck, and even gave him his old territory in hell. I doubt he will be causing troubles. If I were to guess, then I’ll say that Lilith is keeping him as an emergence weapon." Athena voiced her thoughts.

"That might be true. But that brings about another question. What is she battling, or afraid of that will make her keep such a weapon in her arsenal. After all, all of hell already respects her."

Athena frowned a bit, "That’s why i am here. I was hoping you might tell me something I am missing. You would, right?"

"We are bounded to you by fate, I and My kin." The Eye came closer as if to attempt to swallow her. "However, it is not my place to tell you everything, but I can guide you."

On saying this, the world around her shone in a peculiar light. And her mind suddenly became enlightened. It was as if she had been given drugs specially for the mind.

"His name? What he represents?" Athena spoke out. "Leviathan has a feared reputation. She is using that power against the Royal demon families. But not just them." The light got brighter and brighter and then blood began to leak from her nose, and she fell to the ground. Raising her eyes to Hell beast, she looked on in disbelieve.

She did not even bother wiping her nose. After all, what she had just discovered was revelational.

"The Morningstar!? Lucifer Morningstar is alive?"

Even as she spoke, her words shocked her. However, the look the Hell beast gave her met her with affirmation.

"Of course, its more complicated than that. One might say that the War will happen, but not as many think it would. And the Morningstar does and does not exist." The Hell beast added before it disappeared.

Athena did not know that what she had just discovered was revolutionary for the entire universe.

She was very tempted to rush to Lilith and spill the beans, but she had a feeling that the Mother Of Hell might be aware of this.

As the hell beast faded away. the remaining of its voice entered her ears. "Prepare well. Times are about to become hard."

While Athena was receiving advice and thinking of what to do, the arrival of Leviathan in the world had also risen concerns in other parts of the cosmos.

This was most especially true for the Mountain of the gods. After all, these special beings made from the faith and believe of other creatures had participated in the war all those years ago. That war that ended the Morningstar, and they were still recovering their strength from that battle.

They were at the moment very tensed up about the awakening of a primordial Demon. This could not be helped as ....
