Chapter 131: Silk ’Egg’ Sac

Noir flew to the enchanting blue giant volcano. He made his body slightly smaller, then landed in a comfortable river of hot blue lava.

He snored a moment after.

Several minutes later, a massive centipede skeleton monster emerged from the volcano’s center. It roared loudly, but Noir didn’t care about the disturbance because the other party, possibly this volcano’s overlord, was only at 9th Rank.

"Dragon, what are you doing in my territory!?" The centipede skeleton growled in rage, but he actually felt threatened. After all, the intruder was a Deity-level demonic dragon.

"Don’t mind me. I’m not here to challenge your sovereignty over your territory. I only came for a little rest in this hot blue lava. You wouldn’t know the agony of winter for a cold-blooded creature like me. But, you have the element of fire, so you may understand the discomfort." Noir glanced sideways. He didn’t even move despite being half submerged in the hot blue lava.

"Winter? What kind of thing is that?"

"You really are an ignorant monster. Winter is snowing, and the temperature is so cold. It makes me want to go into hibernation. But, this secret realm is nice... forever night and only has one season."

"This, senior... Where do you come from?"

"Dark Hell Vulcano, but I went to follow my owner. That mountain is called dark hell, but it can’t be compared with the Hell Realm. That hell is so nice, but the evil energy is annoying."

"You’ve come to hell, senior?"

"Yeah, I just got back from hell."

"May I know what the hell is like, senior?"

"Hell is so nice with lots of volcanoes and hot flames. Unfortunately, the evil energy there can drive me crazy if I stay there too long."

"Wow, you are so powerful, senior. What kind of being could possibly be your master?"

"That is certain, but my owner is much scarier than you could imagine, junior. Please don’t bother me. I need to relax now."

Noir and the centipede skeleton chatted a bit, but the black dragon didn’t want to be disturbed any longer.

If anyone else had heard their conversation, it would have been just the two gigantic monsters exchanging roars, rawrs, and growls.

The centipede skeleton saw the black dragon as a 10th Rank creature with a friendly attitude. He felt relieved because the other party was so chill.

He wanted to ask for guidance and enlightenment, but the black dragon didn’t want to be bothered. Thus, he returned to the center of the volcano.

A few hours later, Ely finished the quota for today. She removed the curse from 167 ancient demons, including the ancestors.

She was no longer worried about the Majin Clan or Lich Clan causing trouble. However, she was still concerned about time.

It took her about eight hours for that day’s quota. She arrived there at noon. By now, it should be night... time to rest.

The sky was always dark at night, as usual. The ancient demons held a feast to celebrate their happiness. It was dinner with the Young Demon God among them.

"..." Ely stared into her bowl with complicated feelings. Skyla prepared dinner for her and her girls but couldn’t eat anything while wearing her helmet. She didn’t want to remove it and reveal her face to the ancient demons.

Yuuki, Sylvia, Gabriella, and Jophiel also hadn’t touched their food yet.

Seeing that, Ely brought the bowl to her head, then used a little magic trick.

*Zap*

Ely moved the food into her storage pouch and then put the bowl on the table before Skyla returned.

Yuuki, Sylvia, Gabriella, and Jophiel did something similar before someone noticed them. They had to be on their guard, and the ancient demon food might not suit them.

"Gerrard, would you like some dessert?" Skyla returned with another food in hand.

"No. I need to craft some curse-purifying talismans before the moon dims. I also need to rest." Ely glanced at the moon.

The moon was the only time indicator in the Ancient Night Secret Realm. The dim moon was daytime, and the shining moon signified night. Regardless, it was still eternal night. The ancient demons were free to choose their rest time.

Ely secretly stuck a disguised sigil on Skyla’s dress before walking away. Yuuki, Sylvia, and her disciples soon followed.

Skyla watched her fiance leave with his women. He didn’t invite her to go with him.

"Please have a peaceful rest." Skyla waved her hand. She then ordered several elite guards. "Protect young lord’s tent from any disturbance."

"Yes, miss." Several elite guards rushed to carry out their duties. They stood guard around their long lord’s tent.

"How about our dinner?" Sylvia rubbed her tummy. She was hungry.

"Fret not. Yuuki, please seal the tent." Ely took off her helmet.

"Affirmative." Yuuki took out several artifacts and sealed the tent. No outsider could disturb them, let alone peek inside.

Ely then cooked some dinner. Gabriella and Yuuki immediately helped. The group of five then had dinner together in that tent, unknown to any ancient demon.

"Milady, what do you have in mind? Why don’t you go follow your fiance to his tent?" Daphne asked in surprise.

"Don’t talk about it, Daphne. I have mixed feelings now. This is the first time I need to pursue a man..." Skyla flapped her hand and laid her head on her arms.

"Mm, I am young lord’s personal maid, but his ladies forbade me to go in there."

"You are my personal maid too."

"Ah, yes. I’m also your personal maid now. But, milady... you still need to win our Young Demon God’s affection with his harem’s approval. Do you have a plan? They gave you an opportunity and also a warning, milady."

And the most helpful thing was to seal the deal and get pregnant with his baby. Love would always grow when the baby was there.

Skyla smacked her maid’s arm several times. Her face blushed fiercely, and she was filled with embarrassment.

Seeing that, she quickly stood up and dragged Daphne to go with her. She had to know what her fiance would do in the dark forest.

’Master, where are we going? We have gone quite far into the dark forest.’ Gabriella held her master’s arm as she did not want to be separated from her master in this dark forest.

’I want to free the spider guide to its habitat.’ Ely clapped Gabriella’s hand. She then observed her surroundings. They had already flown quite far from the camp.

They landed in a place that looked safe. Ely then took one of her storage pouches out. She searched for the burgundy spider demon. It was clinging to the big cobweb sac.

"How did you get there?" Ely wondered and took the little cage out, but it was a bit difficult because the burgundy spider demon seemed stuck there.

Meanwhile, the Little Spider Queen gripped the cobweb sac tightly. She spent a lot of time and effort to get there.

Since she couldn’t destroy the little cage, she overturned it and crawled slowly into the cobweb sac, which sealed her real body.

Unfortunately, she wasn’t strong enough to rip it off. The hole she previously made has also been closed. She couldn’t return to her real body at this rate.

"I only have this chance! You bastard better not let me down!" The Little Spider Queen exclaimed in spider language.

Ely took out the little cage. The burgundy spider demon was still there, but it dragged out the big cobweb sac.

"This silk egg sac... why are you gripping it so tightly? It contains the eggs of your enemies. I want to raise spiders." Ely glanced at the burgundy spider demon in surprise.

The Little Spider Queen condemned the dark knight demon with many inappropriate sentences shortly after.

Unfortunately, Ely and Gabriella didn’t understand what the burgundy spider demon said.

Ely opened the little cage and let the burgundy spider demon go. "I kept my part of the promise. You are now free."

"I want to hit you! This is my real Spider Queen body!" The Little Spider Queen jumped onto the big cobweb sac and gripped it tightly once more. She tried to rip it open and made a little gap.
