Chapter 261: The Greatest Form of Power Output
Chapter 261: The Greatest Form of Power Output
"That is the imaginary space arena. You have three opportunities to return to your prime condition after your defeat. Are you okay? How do you feel?" Elysia stretched out her hand to Amy.
"I find it a bit tricky to defeat a gang of monsters. I could hold my ground against a row of 10th Rank ones before..." Amy grasped Goddess Elysia’s hand and stood up with complicated feelings.
"It’s only ten, and your opponents will be more than a thousand 10th Rank monsters in the last round. This is hard difficulty training." Nell spread her arms and shrugged her shoulders.
Several participants gasped in surprise. They thought this sparring game was impossible to beat, and they would only end up being defeated.
However, there were other purposes of this training than beating the opponent. Elysia understood the other’s dilemma and asked it. "Is it impossible to beat? Do you know the purpose of this sparring?"
"I know! We will fight the super monsters and deal as much damage as possible!" Sylvia raised her hand excitedly. Amy scored a measly 16.1M, and she was ready to beat the Agent of Heaven’s score.
"I think the primary purpose of this spar is to find the most effective method to eradicate those blobs. They are super troublesome monsters. They have less immunity to physical damage." Yuuki stated her assumption with an understanding nod.
"No evil curse after killing them? It’s just damage reduction and debuff? Hmm-mm~ I shall find the effective techniques to beat them up. We had enough of them five years ago, and now it’s time to bully them." Vanessa rubbed her hands together, giving rise to several purple electric bolts.
The participants immediately stated their understanding of the fight they had just witnessed.
"Yes, the primary purpose of this training is to fight the super troublesome opponent without losing your ground. Please find the best methods to defeat them effectively and use the best techniques to survive them as long as possible. If you are ready, go ahead and enter one of the arenas and test your potential to its limits." Elysia explained a little with a nod.
The well-prepared participants immediately went to one of the arenas to face the blob monster. They wanted to test their new divine technique and showed it to the Goddesses as well.
However, some others observed the fight first to collect more data.
"Hm-mm~" Elena created a magical sofa for her and Elysia. However, Ai also wanted to observe, and the three sat beside each other, watching everyone’s battles.
"Good luck, everyone. Do your best~" Elysia waved her hand in encouragement.
Their experiment encountered a stalemate situation where they still needed to find an effective method to counter the anti-magic. The only way was to overwhelm the anti-magic with tremendous force, and the expected effective method was the absolute law. However, her comprehension of it still needed to be improved.
Therefore, this sparring game would give her some inspiration for her imagination magic. She was tempted to try whether she could grasp the absolute authority before her divine ascension. After all, her Goddess sisters said she probably could only hold power over the absolute law when she became an authentic Goddess mentally and physically.
"..." Amy crossed her arms, observing the participants in the arena.
Somehow, she wanted to go to the arena to test her abilities again. However, she would do it later as she had to see how other people dealt with those monsters.
Physical attacks were quite effective, but as opponents became stronger, the difficulty level became much more challenging, especially when those blobs were already at 6th Rank and above. Any spiritual and magical attack could be wiped out by those monsters, leaving almost zero damage.
’Hm. Goddess Elysia wants me to be well-prepared if I face a super monster like this. I can do it.’ Amy clenched her fist, understanding Goddess Elysia’s intentions.

In a secluded place on one of the two red twin moons, someone was hiding in a concealment formation and almost perfect disguise technique.
He leaked no aura or sense of presence, like an ordinary stone. This dead object would not attract any attention.
Even though he was confident in his disguise abilities, he felt uneasy, primarily because of the sudden sense of danger he had just felt. He occasionally checked the situation outside with his advanced eye ability, especially the planet before him.
’Damn! Who was that? Is someone monitoring me or hunting me? The previous one was the Agent of Heaven’s aura, and who now!?’ The disguised man screamed in his mind.
He fled and hid on the moon because the Agent of Heaven suddenly descended to the mortal world several days ago. That divine phenomenon and aura frightened him, and he had to escape as far as possible, hoping the Agent of Heaven would soon return to the upper world without realizing his presence.
He came to the Quadtria’s mortal world for a secret purpose, and he had to ensure no Gods or Immortals from the Divine World interfered with his plan. But! Even though he had been hiding on the moon for several days, his anxiety only became worse. And! A few minutes ago, it made his heart stop beating for a few seconds.
A God-tier unknown entity suddenly locked his exact location and observed his surroundings. He couldn’t see the cause or reason, but he knew it, and because of that, he put himself under the fake dead spell for several minutes to ensure his presence was still unknown.
He wanted to check the situation outside, but he feared the God-tier unknown entity was still nearby. Thus, he went into hibernation, hoping when he woke up several days later, the God-tier unknown entity was already gone.

More than half a day had passed since the training in the imaginary space arena began.
Among everyone, there was a 10th Rank holy knight who felt unconvinced because she couldn’t even beat the 7th Rank monster horde when Ariel, the 9th holy knight, could defeat those monsters and arrive at the ninth round.
’I took pride in my holy power and physical attack, but why did Lady Ariel manage to arrive in the ninth round? I trained my muscles and holy bones perfectly. I also refined my qi and spiritual power to pure, flawless unity. Is my faith lacking? O, Supreme Goddess, please bless me with more strength.’ Myra prayed in her heart when facing over a hundred 7th Rank monsters.
Her holy knight armor had cracked everywhere, her body was covered in wounds, and she was feeling unbelievably exhausted. She was eager to get through this round, and she didn’t want to collapse on her last attempt. The reason was one: she didn’t want to lose to Ariel.
"Divine Storm." Myra swung her sword like dancing on the battlefield. She slashed all approaching enemies with fierce 10th Rank brute force, creating a storm of sword slashes.
However, only a few received the fatal hit and vanished.
"It’s still not enough. I need more than this!" Myra evaded the monster’s stab and moved away. She couldn’t stay in one spot for even a second, or she would be surrounded by dozens of monsters at once.
At that time, she thought about human capabilities. Physical attacks were quite effective in defeating opponents, but not spiritual and magical attacks. These attacks were absorbed without any remainder, but it could be an opening and the clue to victory.
The world held various versions of refined spiritual energy, such as mana, aether, qi, and many more. However, these 7th Rank monsters were utterly immune to those attacks.
According to her belief, the greatest force for a living thing would be the soul. A person could be considered alive when they possess the soul, spirit, and body. Nobody could absorb the other’s soul force easily. Even for a God, it would take time. One’s body could produce physical damage and contain all the energy. One’s spirit would inflict spiritual or magical damage, then what if it was through one’s soul and combined the three?
"That’s probably the greatest form of power output. Let’s see if my Divine Knight Technique can wipe you out in one fell swoop." Myra decided to bet on her last chance. She could sense her limits, but she would go beyond the limit to arrive at the same level of achievement as Ariel.
She accumulated her spiritual energy and refined it through her soul force, then channeled it into her body. She shone in holy golden light and raised her sword high.
"All for one, and one for all. Divine Knight: Fourth Move. Maximum power!" Myra unleashed everything in her final attack.
She shot towards the group of monsters like a golden comet. She obliterated the blob monsters into dust on contact.
*Boom!*
The holy explosion enveloped the arena in a holy dome of destruction. A spiraling holy wind sucked in all the blob monsters, cutting them into pieces.
"Oh my..." Elysia covered her mouth in surprise. She caught a glimpse of the mystery to trick the Ruvoid’s super anti-magic defense.
*Poof*
Myra was teleported out of the arena. She was severely injured and very exhausted because of her last move. However, she smiled in satisfaction even though she realized she was defeated.
"Congratulations! It is an impressive move. The fourth move of divine technique... you are truly a prodigy, Myra." Ella came closer anxiously, but she was also happy that Myra had passed to the same level as Ariel.
"Hm-mm, everything is thanks to the Almighty Goddess, Lady Ella." Myra raised her hand and glanced at Goddess Ely.
Elysia applauded, making Myra feel incredibly proud, honored, and happy.
After all, the other 10th participants and some 9th Rank ones successfully arrived in the ninth round. Of course, Myra didn’t want to be left behind.
Myra’s last heart bar on her virtual screen broke, indicating all her attempts had been used up. She was recovered and returned to her prime condition a few seconds later. Her comrades and new friends then came closer to congratulate her.
Elena looked at everyone, then put her hands together. "Everyone has performed well. We’ll conclude th-"
Amy suddenly interrupted before Elena finished speaking. "Wait a moment! Let me use my last attempt!"
"Oh, I thought you were no longer interested after your second defeat. Are you feeling uncomfortable because you haven’t made it to the eleventh round?" Elena dropped her fist onto her open palm.
She, Elysia, Ai, and Zera didn’t participate... but their family’s Goddesses managed to make it to the eleventh round before being defeated. It was obviously incredibly uncomfortable to feel defeated by the Junior Goddesses.
"Kinda, but it’s a bit of a waste to leave my last attempt unused." Amy refused to admit it.
"Alright, please enter the arena." Elysia replied with a subtle nod. The other imaginary space arena dispersed, leaving only one for Amy.
