Chapter 265: Almost Forgotten

In an unknown sacred ground deep in a secluded cave at the foot of an unnamed mountain, Fortuna and her group were excavating some mysterious resources.

As the Goddess of Fate and Fortune, the oracle came through her divinity, and fate wanted her to come to that place.

Dory emerged from the icy-cold half-frozen lake, carrying several fist-sized mysterious bluish-black crystals in her hands.

"Alicia, what about your side?" Fortuna waved her hand to the witches across the lake.

"We encountered no problems here. Give us five minutes. We will bring all the treasures from this lake and its surroundings." Alicia raised her hand as a response signal.

"Alright, five minutes. This place won’t be safe for long." Fortuna stared in a particular direction. She sensed the approaching trouble and danger, and therefore, they needed to wrap things up and leave quickly.

"Huh?" Dory tried to put the mysterious crystals into a storage pouch, but they jumped out.

It was as if those mysterious crystals didn’t want to be placed there.

"Hmm, it jumped out as if it were alive?" Fortuna was astonished but also curious.

They could only store those mysterious crystals in an ordinary bag, and Elysia suddenly contacted her.

’Nana~’ Elysia called out via telepathy.

Alicia and the witches used their magic to put all their loot into the flying boat.

After that, Fortuna teleported everyone to the safe zone outside the unknown sacred ground. She piloted their medium-sized flying boat to the Breacasian Empire while looking for some precious things on their journey.

Elysia’s group destination was the Breacasian Empire’s capital city. It was in the southeastern region of the continent, about three thousand miles from the eastern and southern coasts.

They left the Northern Realm and entered the Human Realm. The snow-white sky was no longer above them, replaced by a turquoise sky.
