"Yes, that’s me." Mio responded respectfully.

"Are we giving the wrong techniques and methods? I’m sure we don’t have the buffed-up effect in the cultivation manuals for Mio." Elysia opened her virtual panel to check her heavenly library database.

"Yes, this one, and this one is what we gave Mio. Even if it’s reinforcement or enhancement magic, she won’t be buffed up because of her physique. Some healthy muscles are nice, but not the bulky ones. What techniques have you practiced in the last five years, Mio?" Elena pointed to Elysia’s virtual panel.

"Please pardon me for my rudeness, but may I know who you are? You talk as if you’ve known me for years." Mio took off her sunglasses questioningly.

One was the breathtaking blonde-haired foreign lady and the other one was the black-haired ’pretty’ gentleman. And, her lady looked so close to this gentleman.

This ’pretty’ gentleman was definitely the one in the report... the mysterious expert, and also her lady’s lover.

Elysia cast a soundproof barrier and removed her mask and disguise. "Hi~ that’s actually us, Mio."

Elena also took off her mask and waved her hand with a faint smile.

As for Ai, she still stayed in Elysia’s shadow silently observing her surroundings. She was comfortable there, safe from the presence of strangers.

"..." Mio was stunned when she discovered it was actually two breathtaking angelic ladies. The black-haired ethereal lady was Goddess Elysia, and the golden-haired breathtaking lady was Goddess Elena.

Happiness, relief, disappointment, and various other feelings suddenly became mixed up in Mio’s heart. She was happy because her lady finally met the destined prince, but it turned out not to be like that.

Regardless, the feeling of joy and relief soon dominated her mood because their Patron Goddess finally returned from the distant other world.

"Mio." Erina called out, feeling that Mio was rude to stare at Elysia and Elena without saying anything.

"It’s my utmost joy to be blessed with your return. Welcome back, Goddess Ely, Goddess Elena." Mio regained her composure right away and immediately knelt like a knight before the Goddesses.

"Glad to be back on Earth again." Elysia smiled and put her hand on Mio’s shoulder, but she was immediately shocked when she realized Mio’s current condition.

Mio was suffering from various injuries. The most fatal ones were the golden skin on various parts of Mio’s body and a large scar on the back that glowed a bright pink color.

Mio hid the injuries well with layers of cloth, but it wouldn’t be able to escape her perception.

"Mio, have you heard the latest news regarding me?" Erina leaned her head onto Elysia’s shoulder.

"Yes, my lady. It’s related to your fatal injuries and retirement. However, I feel like that’s not the actual situation, right?" Mio let out a sigh of relief.

She almost broke down after learning her lady suffered serious injuries on the apocalypse-level mission in America. Her lady was forced to retire early due to the risk of permanent disability.

That was what she knew, but with the presence of Goddess Ely by her lady’s side, then it was easy to guess the truth was far from what anyone could expect.

Mio looked up and found her lady was a bit spoiled towards Goddess Ely. Her lady could smile again. It had been years since she saw her lady smile happily like that. The current situation was truly a sight to behold.

"Mio, can you turn around and take off your clothes?" Elysia tapped Mio’s shoulder with her finger for attention.

"???" Mio widened her eyes in shock. However, she did not question the reason and immediately did as she was told, knowing she could hide nothing before Goddess Ely.

"..." Erina remained silent as she could guess Elysia’s intentions. She felt a bit sad and guilty, but she hoped that Elysia could help Mio to recover.

Several gold marks on Mio’s body were caused by Erina. Mio was originally fine when attending to her lady’s needs like a good personal bodyguard and assistant.

But after Erina’s grandfather died, Erina became cold and unstable. While Erina cultivated in focus to strengthen one’s spiritual power, Mio could no longer have any physical contact with Erina.

"Erina, the gold marks are your doing." Elysia rubbed the gold marks on Mio’s skin.

"I’m sorry. I accidentally... I didn’t know what to do. It was scary, Ellie." Erina felt guilty, but she could only apologize.

"Alright, I don’t blame you, Erina. Your physique has evolved. I also bless you with new abilities. You can rival an SSS-level monster easily after you grasp your new power. As for Mio’s injuries, I can resolve the gold marks. However, where did you get this shining big scar, Mio?" Elysia pointed to the scar on Mio’s back.

That scar stretched from the right shoulder down to the left waist. It glowed bright pink and looked like an incurable curse and contamination.

"Eh?" Erina was taken aback.

She tried to check her current abilities once again, but she still couldn’t realize what kind of new abilities her Goddess had granted her. She just discovered she could control her golden touch more efficiently just by commands in her mind, not solely influenced by her mood and emotions.

Erina expressed her gratitude to Elysia, but Elysia only gave her a head pat before helping Mio.

"Your Grace, please forgive me for not following your cultivation techniques and methods. I need to cultivate more physical strengthening techniques..." Mio apologized sincerely.

She then shared a brief story about how she got that glowing scar.

"I see... but that puts your current foundation into disarray. I’ll work things out with other solutions soon." Elysia tried to heal and restore Mio’s skin to normal.

However, she only treated a few. Mio had to undergo comprehensive treatment for the other gold marks.

A few seconds later, Elysia used her purification to nullify the suppressed poison and corruption before pelting off that glowing scar.

Elena took out a big photo frame and Elysia put the glowing pink scar there.

"Well, you’re good now." Elysia healed the peeled skin wound on Mio’s back and tapped it.

"This is for you." Elena handed over the photo frame to Mio’s hands as if it were a trophy for one’s achievements.

"This..." Amazement, surprise, astonishment, and various other emotions flooded Mio’s feelings. The wound that had tormented her for so long was resolved that easily by the divine being she worshipped.

She didn’t know what to say to express her current gratitude, but a simple word just came out of her mouth. "Thank you."

"You’re welcome~ We’re almost there. Let’s talk about this later. Your follow-up treatment will have to wait until we arrive at the private room." Elysia pointed to the compartment behind Mio.

Mio nodded in understanding and immediately put on her clothes again.

After the barrier was revoked, Mio opened the small compartment window and gave the driver some instructions.

Meanwhile, Erina was still surprised at how easy it would be for Elysia to heal Mio. It was as easy as a simple swipe, but it was all that she could expect from the one she worshiped.

"Thank you very much!" Erina was elated and hugged Elysia’s arm with great relief.

"Fufu, it’s nothing much. Mio is so precious to you. So, don’t leave her behind from now on." Elysia gently poked Erina’s cheek with a small laugh.

After that, Elysia put on her disguise as Young Master El, and Elena wore her face mask again.

"Mm, Mio will always be by my side like before." Erina nodded in understanding. She stretched out her hand, and Mio kissed her hand without hesitation, showing one’s absolute trust and loyalty.

Mio was not the least bit afraid of being turned into a gold statue.

A few minutes later, they arrived at the Minamoto Family’s residence. Even though it was a private residential area belonging to the Minamoto Family, it also served as a heavily guarded military-grade headquarters.

Mio nodded and closed the door.

However, why haven’t you introduced my future son-in-law? You finally bring home a prince you love." Erina’s father, Minamoto Kenji, welcomed his daughter’s return with a broad smile.
