Chapter 393: Guardian Alliance’s Invitation

Elysia introduced herself once again with her true identity. She saved the little baby Althea for a beautiful future, and she shared some details with Ophelia.

"..." Ophelia remained silent for several minutes.

The responsibilities and duties that Goddess Ely would bestow upon her baby daughter were so heavy, but her baby daughter was still so tiny! Her baby daughter was destined to become a Monster Empress from birth!

Ophelia accepted the virtual invitation and became the third supreme leader from the monster side to receive the invitation.

Some curious subordinates approached the boat on the sea surface, but Ophelia immediately chased them away because she was talking to a ’good friend’.

"Well then, you will be teleported to our Cube Island in a few hours. You should bring two trusted people with you. See you again at Cube Island tonight." Elysia picked up Althea on her lap and gave Althea a kiss on both cheeks and forehead, granting Althea some additional blessings.

It had only been a few days, but Althea had already grown into a five-year-old baby. Relatively fast growth, but considering Althea was a multiform jelly queen, not a human, then that was still reasonable. Several years later, Althea would mature to rule over Earth’s lower sphere.

"Hee-hee~ Waa?" Althea chuckled with joy. She tapped Goddess Ely’s cheeks and stared deeply into those mystic purplish-blue eyes.

"You will be the world’s sharpest sword and strongest might to rule over Earth’s lower sphere. We’ll watch over you. It won’t be easy, but you can do it, Althea." Elysia gently hugged Althea.

"..." Rhea looked up and Elysia also gave her a warm hug.

"..." Ophelia felt a bit complicated, but she took it for granted. Goddess Ely then beckoned her to come closer, and she did as she was told.

Elysia pressed her two fingers to Ophelia’s forehead, granting a blessing as well. "I bestow you with the power to protect."

"Obey." Ophelia flinched, but she soon regained her composure and bowed respectfully. An unknown power soon awakened in her mind and body, providing some information regarding her new abilities and skills.

Elysia smiled in reply. After that, she spent some quality time with Althea and Rhea while chatting with Ophelia.

"How is your situation lately? Will you be consumed by the flames of revenge against those who harmed your child?" Elysia threw her fishing pole and parasol into her subspace before pampering Rhea and Althea on her lap with lots of head pats.

"My condition has improved, but it will take a while for me to regain my prime power. I will not hunt them down, but those who harmed my child will pay the price with their lives when the time comes." Ophelia looked at her hands. She fell to the SS-level because of her sacrifice for her baby.

"Mm, you should do it with grace. Take your time and remember your priority. You also need to behave because you are a poisonous scourge in their eyes. Don’t let them harm my Althea again." Elysia carried the sleepy Althea to Ophelia, but Althea held her dress tightly.

"She is my baby. It goes without saying." Ophelia gently pulled her baby and tried to release Althea’s grip from Goddess Ely’s dress, but it was a bit tricky. "My child, it’s time for us to go home to prepare for tonight’s meeting."

"Nuu, muu!" Althea desperately clutched Goddess Ely’s dress as if she didn’t want to part with her ethereal angel.

"We’ll meet again tonight. Once you grow up and become stronger, you can communicate with me with ease." Elysia gave Althea a head pat.

"Mm..." Althea released her grip reluctantly.

"See you soon~" Rhea waved her hand.

"Shee ya!" Althea waved her hand with a sad look. She had just made a good friend, but they already needed to part ways.

Elysia bid her farewell then flew into the sky, vanished behind the clouds. Althea and Ophelia looked up at the sky in silence. A few minutes later, the multiform jelly queen brought her baby back to Phylum Tower.

"Phew..." Ophelia felt incredibly relieved and excited about the blessings she and her baby had received.

She was happy because she did not offend Goddess Ely. If her previous attack was considered something offensive and Goddess Ely held a grudge, then she would be fckud up. She had to be calmer and control her temperament to observe the overall situation better, so she wouldn’t bring harm to her baby.

When Elysia returned to Cube Island, team two had just finished visiting the last supreme leader who was invited as a trial alliance.

"It’s the last one on the list." Yuuki checked the last list.

"Yes, yes... I will attend the meeting and join the alliance. Guardian of Dream is the strongest. World peace is what we need. Please accept this as my token of friendship." The scarlet ape king tried to please the messengers of the Guardian of Dream with lots of top-grade fruits and herbs.

"It’s good you understand quickly. If you continue to be arrogant like a few minutes ago, we will have no choice but to beat you up and throw you off the invitation list." Sylvia raised her fist, but she received the gift.
