Chapter 82: Relay My Request

The Ancient Night Secret Realm had several Ancestor-class demons and monsters.

Half of the ancient demon clans in that realm would work together to herd the overpopulated monsters toward the realm’s portal and send them out to the outside world.

However, there were other goals. They would also be sending out 10th Rank monsters. After that, the ancient demon clans, including eight Demon Ancestors, would invade the outside world.

The most baffling thing was the invasion plan started because the secret realm’s seal was broken due to a fight between two Demon Deities.

After obtaining more information, Ely’s complexion paled as she could comprehend how chaotic the Terra World would become if the ancient demons and monsters from this secret realm joined the chaos.

It was still okay if it was just the demonic beasts. The allied forces outside the realm’s portal could handle it. However, what about the 10th Rank monsters right at the beginning?

"So, this entire ordeal was started because of the spar between 10th Rank demons several weeks ago..." Ely muttered, but it sounded like a grumble.

"Yes, young lord. They are battle junkies. They wanted to fight with experts in the outside world too." Daphne pumped her fists. She wished to see her young lord in action.

"Our Nightmare Clan will send half of our force to answer our Ancestor’s request. He will be participating in this event as well." Skyla pursed her lips.

"Oh... Is he a battle junkie too?" Ely asked curiously.

"No, why do you ask?" Skyla raised her eyebrows.

"If he isn’t, it’s better for him to stay in this realm."

"Why?"

"It’s as I said before. The outside world is so chaotic, and a great war is about to break out on the other side of the realm’s portal. They also have several Deities."

"Our Ancestor is not weaker than other peak-level demons. We’ll bring chaos and rule over the outside world."

"The outside world is also not lacking in peak-level experts. Last month, I encountered a particular Necromancer God. A 10th Rank demon is still an ant in front of such a creature."

Ely was trying to scare these ancient demons a bit.

Yuuki and the others could handle those monsters easily. Still, it would be a terrifying, desperate battle if many Demi-Gods and Demon Deities got involved.

Not to mention the possible clash with the Tiangong Sacred Land...

She had yet to devise a solution to stop the human and demon war, but the situation would be worse if the ancient demons joined the chaos. The power balance would be destroyed.

Therefore, she had to cause the internal problem, prevent the demon powerhouses from leaving this realm, and seal the realm’s portal. However, she would take some advantage in between. She also wanted to exterminate several evil demons and monsters to raise her stats!

The young lord’s statement made Skyla, Daphne, and the four protectors gasp in surprise.

They had no idea what their young lord had gone through in the past 37 years, but he already had unmeasurable strength to fight God!

"Relay my request to Lord Martin directly. If Nightmare Clan and its allies wished to invade the outside world for territory, consider my plan." Ely handed over a piece of paper to the protectors.

"We are half-immortals even though we can’t get past the 10th Rank. We don’t have the concept of death." Skyla felt that there was something strange about her fiance.

"Even a God and Immortal could meet their demise. You have never known the thing called true death, little girl." Ely spoke coldly.

"..." Skyla then kept her mouth shut. She spoke too much, and she was scared now.

Ely then sent two protectors to relay her ’proposal’ back to the Nightmare Clan. Her follow-up plan would change depending on the response from the Nightmare Clan’s higher-ups, especially the demon king.

"I need some weapons. Several powerful invaders may have invaded this secret realm before we know it." Ely got an idea, and she was excited about it. She might get some excellent weapons for free!

"My young lord, do you want to take out our clan’s ultimate weapon? Are we going to use the Deity, Slaying Cannon?" Daphne immediately followed her young lord.

"Ultimate weapon? Well, that’s just in case..." Ely originally wanted to take some weapons or artifacts. Still, she would need to secure the mentioned ultimate weapon for safekeeping.

"My young lord, may I know how strong you are now? Can you really break free from the curse?"

"Much stronger than what you have in mind. Such a curse can’t stop me."

"Ah, young lord. Are you perhaps already become the Demon God!?"

"Keep your mouth shut, stupid maid. Daphne Moon, I choose you. Go incapacitate the incoming monsters for me. Show me what you’ve got!"

"Yes, my young lord!"

Ely ordered the other like a boss. She would make good use of her temporary underling to do some job.

Daphne incapacitated the monsters, and Ely dealt the finishing blow with a bow, similar to kill stealing.

Ely also dispatched the demon fiance and the two protectors as her sword and shield. She killed a powerful monster, but with a disguised holy weapon, to demonstrate her power.

She and her temporary demon group went to a secret military base belonging to the Nightmare Demon, where the Deity Slaying Cannon was stored.

However, they coincidentally crossed paths with a group of blue demons on their way there.

"Oh-ho, aren’t these the demons from the N Clan? She got engaged to that idiot prince and got neglected, keke."

"Yeah, look how faithful shit she is. She’s engaged but hanging around the dark forest with another guy."

"But, well... She’s in the middle of the forest."

"Is that armored demon her secret lover? Hell, she even brought two protectors and a maid. Wait, if word of this spreads-"

The blue demons ridiculed Skyla with offensive taunts.

"Watch what comes out of your stinky mouth!" Skyla’s veins popped out as she couldn’t bear such an insult. She immediately made her move to slap the offenders. Yet, a particular big blue demon caught her hand before she could touch anyone.

"Oops, how ungraceful of you, Skyla Dream. Even though you haven’t married that idiot prince, you are already considered a daughter-in-law in the Nightmare Fear Family. Since you have become a widow, how about you come to my house and become my eighth concubine?" The big blue demon grinned obscenely.

"Let go of me, Ewan Majin!" Skyla used her 7th Rank power but couldn’t break free from the big blue demon’s grasp.

"Let go, my young lady!" Daphne tried to help, but the other blue demon slapped her on the cheek. She fell to the ground.

"Don’t meddle in our master’s business, lowly demon." The muscular blue demon sneered.

"..." The two protectors couldn’t make any moves because their top priority was their young lord. For the young lady, they would only save her once the other party tried to harm her.

"Hey, you-" Ewan Majin tried to mock the armored demon and put a green hat on the other party, but the said armored demon already grasped his face.

"Noisy." Ely came closer. She suppressed the big blue demon’s cultivation base to the mortal level and drained his spiritual energy to almost zero.

Without spiritual energy, they were just like sturdy flesh, regardless of their actual strength.

"Wha!?" Ewan Majin slumped to the ground like a broken doll. He was a powerful 7th Rank Peak Stage demon, yet he lost like an unimpressive mob.

"What did you do to our young master!?" The surrounding blue demons immediately attacked the impudent armored demon.

*Bam* *Bang* *Whamp!*

The two protectors made their move to take down the other blue demons.

"Who are they? Enemies?" Ely helped the demon maid to stand up.

"Ouch... They are from the Majin Clan, the Majin Blue Family. It is the Nightmare Fear Family’s great rival." Daphne held her bruised cheek.

"Apply this ointment." Ely gave something to the demon maid and then gave her orders. "You three, tie them up and take them hostage. They dare attack us and stage a murder. Majin Blue Family must properly explain and provide great compensation if they want their young master to return alive."

"Yes, young lord." The two protectors immediately tied the unconscious blue demons and threw them into a storage pouch.

Their job was to secretly protect their young lord, but they took their young lord’s orders now...

She was the fiance, the young lady. Yet, her future husband treated her like an underling, or perhaps, a maid.

Skyla immediately carried out the order. She bound the blue demons like prisoners while biting her lower lip. But, she was cursing her fiance non-stop in her mind.
