Han Chi’s eyes lit up, “That’s great, just wait a moment.”
He immediately went to interrogate a wounded criminal using special interrogation methods, forcing a confession. He was led to a cup Shi Ji had drunk from, and they found two jackets as well.
Then he brought them to Luo Ning, “These are things used by the leader; please help me draw three Tracking Talismans. I would be grateful, Luo Ning!”

About an hour later, the three groups of people reached the nearest coast one after the other.
Just in time to see two helicopters taking off from the ground.

Fu Yunbing took a pair of binoculars from one of his teammates and just caught sight of the middle-aged man who had been following the elder on one of the helicopters.
The man was continuously chanting and performing some kind of spell, no wonder the bullets were being deflected.
Soon, the two helicopters gradually flew out of sight.
Han Chi slammed his fist on the ground, “We were a step too late, let those bastards escape.”
Fu Yunbing’s expression wasn’t great either, and the captain and his team felt the same.
It was regrettable that they had come so close to capturing a leader of the International Black Alliance only for him to slip through their fingers.
The captain asked the technical experts they had brought with them to try and lock onto the flight path of the aircraft but to no avail; all signals were being jammed.
They quickly adjusted their moods.
