"Master, that is not a problem as the Curse Mall is built on the land belonging to the 'Curse Council.' CIB or any government entity has no jurisdiction in the land belonging to the curse council," Dame Wasp informed Ace, assuring him that he did not have to worry about CIB inside the Curse Mall. 

"Curse council?" Ace uttered in confusion. 

"Curse council is a form of government governing the entire 'World of Curses.' They were responsible for regulating and overseeing the curse community and enforcing curse laws.

Unlike the mortal world that is still divided into multiple sovereignties, the 'World of Curses' was long ago conquered and united by the founders of the Curse council and their followers.
