The demonized Emerald soared straight to the 8th Rank and continued to advance quickly.

The fat fishkin laughed like a maniac even though his voice was muffled by the plaster on his mouth. The scientists and other experts from the Abossard Family were alerted and rushed towards the summoning hall.

The sea stone chains that restrained Emerald began to crack, unable to withstand the power of the demonized mermaid.

Gabriella moved swiftly and put her finger to Emerald’s forehead. She cast a secret technique to stop the demonization. "Cease your demonization."

"Aaa..." Emerald stared at the hooded underwater elf.

Her left eye was already demonic red with black sclera. Only the right one was still emerald. The demonic nature had taken her clarity half away, but she still felt everything had stopped. She couldn’t even think anymore, and the world seemed so silent.

"Sleep." Gabriella cast her finishing spell and put the half-demonized mermaid into a deep slumber.

The demonization received the trigger from one’s mind. If the process got interrupted in the target’s brain with a particular frequency and spiritual power, she could stop the demonization temporarily.

The core disciples and some outer disciplines were already skilled at dealing with situations like this since their master had trained and prepared them to face evil.

Every disciple was also once a demonized creature, but because of the Heavenly Curse. That was why they were so familiar with the demonization. However, they would still need their master to restore the demonized one back to normal.

"Bring her." Gabriella ensured the demonized mermaid was genuinely asleep, then instructed her juniors.

The masked disciples hurriedly put the crucified, half-demonized green mermaid into a storage pouch.

"!?" The fat fishkin gasped in shock at what had just happened. His family’s masterpiece was defeated before she could become a great devil.

"You will come with us." The nearby masked disciple dragged the fat fishkin away.

"Heh. Many intruders. Since you have arrived here, you won’t be able to leave. You will be our next experimental subject! Men, get them!" A particular mad shrimp scientist stepped forward.

"Not good." Gabriella prepared her teleportation crystal. She gave the signal to her team to gather around her.

The enemies were not so powerful, only guards at 4th Rank to 7th Rank. However, it was only a matter of time for the stronger ones to come because they were currently trapped in the sealed facility.

Dory tried to force the steel door open with her Void Tempering power, but she could only leave a dent in the steel door.

"Don’t move, or I’ll slaughter this fatty." The surrounded disciple threatened by pointing a sharp sword at the fat fishkin’s neck.

"Cripple them." Gabriella relayed her command to save the depressed disciple.

As the princess of the Lorelei Clan, Dory possessed an innate skill, an extraordinary voice imbued with powerful magical effects.

The mermaid song sounded sweet, but it soon caused anyone who heard it to lose their fighting spirit. Like an instant debuff, everyone immediately fell to the floor, questioning their existence and why they were still alive.

"We’ll meet again, but that’s when your family will collapse and be destroyed by us." Dory stated her farewell to the newly opened steel door before they left using a teleportation crystal.

"Goddammit! What just happened!?" The muscular dark fishkin darted into the summoning hall in a hurry. He grabbed the nearby scientist, but everyone seemed to be affected by severe depression.

He then looked behind him at the source of the sound he heard when he arrived. Their precious subject on the summoning altar had disappeared.

"Experiment subject #79 disappeared."

"Our masterpiece... she is the only one who survived the great devil power. Our finished product is gone!?"

The elites went inside and were shocked by what they found.

"Quickly look for the intruders. They can’t have gotten far. My son is also kidnapped. Find him with his soul stone tablet!" The muscular dark fishkin relayed his command, and the elites rushed out to execute his orders.

Gabriella’s team and Dory return to Luna’s flagship.

Luna looked surprised at the newly arrived group while checking the timer. "You came back sooner than I expected."

"Yeah, we were surrounded, and the entrance was sealed. My friend, Emerald, was the subject of a demonization experiment. I requested for the Abossard Family to be destroyed." Dory stated her request with urgency.

"Alright. We must wait for the other teams to stir up some troubles and gather enough information first, especially Xentia’s drones and doll squad." Luna nodded in understanding.

*Boom!*

One of the sea palace towers suddenly exploded and collapsed. All the teams immediately returned one by one.

"I self-destructed my drones because the Argus King blocked my squad’s escape path. The enemies are coming to attack us, and we shall welcome them." Xentia told everyone about the situation.

"Mm, yeah... we return immediately because of your emergency notification, Lady Xentia." Rafaela checked on her juniors, and everyone managed to return safely.

"The King’s treasury is one of your priorities? I haven’t gotten enough satisfaction from bullying those evil fish. Hmm, your doll squad is still in good condition." Sylvia counted the newly returned dolls.

They were very human, and no one would know if they were robots from the outside. None of them were injured, but no drones returned.

"It was my side quest to accumulate treasures and resources. I found four mermaids in the palace and kidnapped them after getting their consent to be taken away." Xentia replied with a subtle nod. One of her dolls handed over the storage pouch to Dory.

"Who dares to intrude on this King’s territory!? Come out now, intruders!"

A big semi-transparent blue octopus-like man dashed out of the palace, roaring furiously like a wild beast.

"We are ten miles east of your city. Bring everything you have, including your elites and nobles, under you and confront us here. With your mediocre strength alone, you will only end up as octopus soup." Xentia activated the loudspeaker and answered with a hint of provocation.

"You dare to challenge this King’s sovereignty!? Presumptuous!" The octopus king stared to the east, failing to spot the enemy, but he could feel the provocative signal from there.

He then faced his city and spread his arms wide, sending his decree to his royal troops and nobles via telepathy.

"It’s the King’s decree!" A muscular shark man swam out of the palace, followed by many royal troops.

The nobles, especially those who suffered some losses due to the sudden intruders, immediately obeyed the King’s decree and gathered above the palace.

After that, they rushed east to confront the bold enemy, but they failed to realize the presence of the transparent bubble mines nearby.

One fish hit the bubble mine, and a series of explosions immediately occurred.

*Kaboom!* *Boom!* *Boom!*

"Wow, nice fireworks, but they won’t become seafood with just that, right?" Vanessa pointed at the series of explosions in the distance.

"Yes, they won’t die with those bubble mines, only injure them. Deactivate the invisibility." Xentia sent her command to the submarines around Luna’s fleet, and the dome barrier was deactivated.

"Despicable creatures! I want you all dead!" The octopus king shot out of the explosion, covered in burns and fury.

However, his courage immediately sank when he saw the presence of a fleet of dangerous-looking warships. He could also sense several Demi-Gods and Deities there.

"Seniors, why do you intrude on my city and cause trouble? Even though you are a group of powerful forces, that doesn’t mean you can do as you please. If you don’t give me a clear explanation and compensation, then none of this will end peacefully! I will report this to Empire!" The octopus king swallowed back his fury because he considered his safety.

He was only at 8th Rank Late Stage, and it would be suicide to charge at this kind of enemy, even with his elite troops behind him.

"It’s you who owes us a clear explanation and good compensation. The mermaids are under the protection of our Supreme Goddess. The big clashes then occurred, but it soon became a one-sided battle. The octopus king, the elite troops, and the other nobles were captured as prisoners of war.

The remaining evildoers in the city were soon forcibly picked up by the underwater humans, fairies, and elves.

When the evildoers were gathered at a suitable spot near the east city gate, a massive thing suddenly approached at high speed.

"A big, super long train?" Vanessa used binoculars to confirm the approaching thing.

"No, it’s a living monster. The 10th Rank massive monster! Noir, go to handle that thing!" Sylvia called out to her pet.

Noir stopped his dragon seniors because he alone was enough to handle a 10th Rank sea monster.

Gio and Cherub look at each other. They grabbed the nearby seafood and watched what would happen with interest.
