Chapter 309: Divine Weapon Prototype
Chapter 309: Divine Weapon Prototype
As the large war spaceship emerged out of the realm portal, Sacred Sakura’s core disciples and the other higher-ups from various factions were already waiting around Sacred Mountain’s peak.
The external elders were also ready with their battle gear, looking up at the sky with excitement.
Even for a prominent sect, they could only have a few large floating boats. However, Sacred Sakura had several fleets, and all of them were massive ones specially built for battle!
The warship was only four hundred meters long, and it was impossible to accommodate everyone on board, considering that many factions wanted to contribute.
Unfortunately, Gabriella and other core disciples have announced that this counterattack operation can only be participated in by those with cultivation 6th Rank or above.
"Damn, I can’t participate in this operation." Bai Yuchen bit his finger, feeling a bit frustrated.
Even though his cultivation rank does not meet the requirements, he is confident that he can fight to a draw against even a 7th or even 8th Rank expert!
Unfortunately, the requirement has already been stated by Miko.
"You simply wish to be graced by the presence of the Goddesses." Lucius quipped at the disciple next to him.
"You, the wizard, I mean mage. You want to come too, but you can’t, right?" Bai Yuchen grumbled in annoyance.
He sighed when he saw his seniors, core disciples, external elders, and guest leaders flying up toward the spaceship.
Several higher-ups from guest factions also boarded their respective floating boats to participate in the main fleet.
"..." Lucius didn’t respond, but he would love to witness his Creator God’s might in action.
"Fufu, don’t be sad. We will get the unmeasurable opportunities when the time comes. Also, haven’t you heard the rumors? Our Creator God will open an unexplored secret realm from the Divine World that has just been discovered to fall into the lower realm. Because considering the risk, only those with capabilities of 7th Rank or above may participate." Medea flew out of her disciple’s soul ring.
"A talking ghost..." Bai Yuchen was a little surprised, but he took no further action.
"How impolite. I am the witch spirit, the mage too." Medea snorted softly. She then waved her hand at Alicia and the other witches who were about to leave.
"..." Lucius looked up at the sky with a thought in mind. The unexplored secret realm opening would be held this evening, but the requirements clearly indicated that the risks involved could be deadly.
"Fly down and park your floating boat in the parking area outside the great mountains. Board our spaceship if you are not afraid of getting hurt or dying for the Sacred Sakura. We will be facing the Blood Moon Pavilion, not a sightseeing tour." Yusagi warned the other floating boats using a megaphone.
"Esteemed bunny lady, but will it accommodate all of us?" One of the elders clasped his fist and asked politely.
"We will only leave with one ship. Use the storage pouch to accommodate extra people." Yusagi looked at Gabriella questioningly. She thought they would leave with only about 10% of Sacred Sakura’s full force. Elysium members didn’t count.
As if understanding the questioning gaze, Gabriella immediately stepped forward and answered. "My apologies, Elder Yusagi. We only with 10% of our full force. The others will guard the gate for us. However, the number of guests above 6th Rank is not small..."
"Alright." Yusagi nodded in understanding.
"Rua." Sakura flew up and hugged Miko’s head.
"Please wait for our return, Sakura. It won’t be long." Miko chuckled and gave Sakura a head pat.
"Rua." Sakura blessed everyone’s good luck before waving her hand and leaving back to the Sacred Sakura Tree, knowing the Sacred Mountain’s peak would be sealed under a defensive formation for security purposes.
Miko activated Shrine Abode’s protective formation, and announced. "We shall depart now. Please stay on the deck and make sure you don’t fall. Our spaceship goes much faster than the advanced floating boat, even in casual auto-pilot mode."
"Please rest assured, Sacred Saintess. Please send my regard to the Sacred Sakura Goddess." Klaus was the first to answer.
"Then, please enjoy the trip~" Miko waved her hand and walked away. She flies away to the spaceship’s bridge, followed by Yusagi and her disciples.
"Well, you’re very good at trying to leave an impression." Abraham couldn’t help but comment.
"..." Skyla felt that Sacred Sakura’s treatment was a bit too casual. She didn’t know whether they would really make war against a sacred land or just a visit with big momentum to intimidate.
However, many human cultivators boarded the ship. Although those humans showed no blatant hostility towards her group and the Devil Alliance because they considered Sacred Sakura as the sacred ground of wisdom, the faint animosity clearly created a fine line between the two opposing forces.
"Hmph!" Skyla crossed her arms, snorting softly as she knew the devil race was far superior to the human race. If it weren’t for Sacred Sakura’s interference three months ago, the demons and devils would have already taken over more than 20% of the Human Realm.
"Those high devils can be too arrogant sometimes." Kirara, the Sacred Lady of the Temple of Law, muttered softly under her breath.
"Let them be. Our Supreme Goddess is merciful and benevolent. It’s always welcome to have more faithful followers from various ethnicities and origins. As long as they don’t cause trouble, of course." Daemyx, the Holy Saint of the Elysion Church, grasped his hands behind his back, observing the devils and demons on the deck.
"We need to get ready because the spaceship is leaving soon." Bhaenera reminded her comrades when the spaceship turned south.
"Force field will activate. Please ensure you don’t get knocked out on the way. Thank you." Yusagi gave an announcement to all the passengers on the ship’s deck.
The bluish force field activated, enveloping the ES Armageddon as a giant energy bullet. A moment later, the spaceship sped south at a steady speed of fifteen hundred kilometers per hour.
---
It would have been a three-hour journey, and Elysia’s family held a family breakfast on the spaceship’s bridge.
"Hmm, Master Ely. Is that okay? I mean, you said only 6th Rank or above can come with us, but Blood Moon and Frozen Cloud Saintess secretly boarded the ship." Sylvia asked while patting her tummy with satisfaction.
"Just let them tag along. They are at the threshold of 5th Rank, one step away from 6th Rank. They are also Miko’s friends. There’s no way Mingyue will be left behind at Sacred Sakura, considering that we will bring ruin to her homeland." Elysia leaned her head on her hands on the table, looking in a particular direction.
She used her eye ability and found Feng Mingyue currently hiding inside Feng Xue’s storage pouch. Meanwhile, Shui Meiying had just come out of the Frozen Cloud Elder’s storage pouch.
"What about your divine white orb? Once you have formed a bond with it, you can fuse it with your life weapon. The wisdom blessing, your divine weapon prototype~" Miko inquired her disciples with much curiosity, encouraging them to show her their progress.
"Hmm~" Elysia stroked the sleeping fluffy little friend on her lap, looking at Miko’s disciples with a curious gaze.
"This..." Gabriella was in a dilemma. She has not succeeded in forming the body with her future divine weapon, let alone fuse it with her life artifact. However, she must not disappoint her master and Goddess Master...
"I have succeeded in forming the bond with my divine orb, master! But, I haven’t fused it with my life treasure." Jophiel gladly showed the fruits of last night’s efforts. Her crystal orb was no longer white in color but a beautiful bright pink.
"A complete bond? I originally wanted to see your progress, but you managed to complete it in just one night, Jophi-chan. Then, please fuse it now. You will be the first to hold the divine weapon prototype among the Apostles." Miko clapped her hands in praise.
"Hehe, it’s all thanks to my dao, master." Jophiel felt flattered and happy. She summoned her life artifact from her storage pouch.
It was a dark-pink heart-shaped catalyst-type living weapon created from the cursed remains of her body after her master’s divine purification. Upon further refinement and forging, her master gifted her a living weapon, just like the other disciples. The treasure weapon would grow stronger alongside the owner.
"How do I fuse themes together?" Jophiel sought the enlightenment of her master.
"Talk to them and fuse them together with your spiritual bond. You will know what you need to do afterward." Miko smiled in reply.
Jophiel nodded in understanding. She actually felt a bit nervous because everyone was looking at her, including her Goddess Master, the Goddesses, and the elders.
Regardless, she strengthened her resolve because she also wanted to impress her master and Goddess Master here.
She sent her spiritual command to her living weapon and the crystal orb. They didn’t respond with any understandable answer, but they obeyed her wish.
The heart-shaped catalyst floated and merged with the crystal orb, emitting a soft pink sacred aura that slowly enveloped Jophiel’s body like a mist.
Jophiel’s living weapon entered its transformation, forming a glacial pink energy sphere that resembled an egg.
"Seal." Lifa sealed the room from outside interference, preventing any phenomenon from occurring in the sky.
A pink halo emerged around the egg-like energy sphere, and the energy shell began to crack. The next occurrence was like the birth of a divine weapon into the world, breaking free from the shell of transformation after its upgrade.
