My Goddess is Good at Pretending

Chapter 326: Vibrant Seawater

Chapter 326: Vibrant Seawater

Nobody could tell how much time had passed. Elysia tried to interrogate the calamity divine beasts she encountered in the sealed dimensional realm, but they couldn’t communicate.

Even though she tried to peer deep into their soul, no answer could be extracted. It was as if those monsters had no more intact spirit and mind. Only instinct and desire remained solid.

"..." Elysia lay on her back on a magic rubber boat, looking at the night sky above with many thoughts in mind.

She slayed several calamity divine beasts and collected several cores. It might bring good if she could farm the sealed monsters that once endangered Earth in the past.

Unfortunately, the number of sealed monsters she encountered could still be counted on the fingers of one hand.

*Plop* *Plop*

Elysia got up from her brief rest, realizing that the colourful seawater’s corrosive effects would soon melt her magical rubber boat.

Elysia flew up, and her magic rubber boat melted into liquid. The colourful seawater was strange because it would dilute and break anything into liquid. However, the magical substance in the colourful seawater was still mysterious, beyond anyone’s understanding.

"If I destroy this entire realm with the advanced supernova... what will happen? Will Earth be damaged?" Elysia looked up and down.

Wherever she went and how far she travelled through the sky, it was as if she had never gone anywhere. It was like an illusion, but the truth said otherwise. That realm occupied a similar ocean area with no difference. So, anyone would think they never went anywhere and ended up in the same-looking place.

As for the ocean depth, she once dived very, very deep. However, the world laws applied beneath the colourful water surface were similar to the starry night sky. Not to mention, she couldn’t see anything but luminous water, making it easy for her to get lost.

’Ely, we still can’t access the Elysium Channel. This sealed space blocked our spiritual connection with our people. We must create a dimensional gap by bypassing this sealed dimension realm to teleport out.’ Elena spoke in her sleepy voice.

She believed they had been here for several days and still couldn’t find a way out. They also couldn’t rest because many calamitous divine beasts and unexpected dangers lurked in the shadows.

"..." Elysia was silent for a moment as she felt powerless.

Everyone from Quadtria’s Divine World called her the Supreme Goddess, but she wasn’t the authentic one. She had yet to possess the true supreme power, and she just went along with the flow and let misunderstandings unfold by playing the Supreme Goddess.

The Creator God created this sealed dimensional realm before the Almighty One ascended to the higher dimensional universe. Gaia was the protector assigned to guard the Earth in His stead. Yet, Gaia was also involved in a secret divine agreement with the universe regarding her lost origin.

Earth’s past glory days were clearly more profound than anyone could have expected, and this sealed dimensional realm was the solid proof of that.

’That colourful ocean is the most dangerous one here. Can we replicate that colourful seawater effect? It would be amazing if you could control that colourful seawater like a water bender, Ely.’ Ai was excited to voice her suggestion.

She would try it if possible, but this realm would harm her spiritual body. The impact she received upon contact with that water was harrowing. Thus, she and Elena obediently remained in the Elysian Realm while assisting Elysia from within.

’Hmm, alright then. Let’s think about the good things we can get from here first.’ Elysia threw away all disturbing thoughts from her mind and returned to her bright self.

This sealed dimensional realm was one of Earth’s most incredible protective measurements. She could gain a lot if she studied this realm’s divine laws to her advantage.

’That is a good idea. Instead of getting lost, let’s try it and cool our heads down.’ Elena supported the idea.

Elysia covered her body with dozens of more protective barriers. She immediately plunged herself into the colourful ocean and meditated there to analyze the colourful seawater more profoundly and study its divine laws thoroughly.

Another two days passed, but Elysia and her sisters didn’t know it. It had been four days in the outside world since they were thrown into Earth’s backroom.

Gaia was still trying to contact Elysia with anxiety and fear. She stood in front of a giant metal gate hidden between two rocky mountain fortresses for four days. Still, she had yet to receive any response from the Elysia.

Due to her divine interference by removing the first seal to contact Elysia, the apocalyptic monsters shackled and locked up right behind the gate began to wake up one after another, disturbing her divine sense with several provocations.

"Your end is so close, Lady Earth. The apocalypse has happened, hee-hee..."

"The underworld and the world fragment from the magical era have merged into the outside world. I can sense it, but to think you will die this soon, Lady Earth. Many variables force you to a dead end.

"Creator God has abandoned us. Why do you still side with those lowly humans? It would be best if you released us. We shall bring back the Earth’s past glory."

"We can protect the world and help you repel the Outer God Monsters. We can also guide humanity to greater heights. Why do you still abide by those old rules when He has thrown you away?"

Several instigations began to invade Gaia’s mind. She had weakened so much in the last five years, and she couldn’t tell whether she could survive for another century.

However, that doesn’t mean she would obey the instigation of the sealed evil creatures on the other side of the gate.

"Shut up. You are the heavenly traitor and the very Outer God that we need to exterminate." Gaia threw the instigation away from her mind, eradicating the spiritual attack without a trace.

"What are you fighting for, and what does your existence mean? You are the embodiment of the world. We can bring more benefits to you and the world. Look at you today... you have become too old and frail to even face my low-tier clone."

Provocation came again to Gaia’s mind but with invasive transmission.

"Creator God has prepared four divine warriors to kill you on the final doomsday. I may die, and Earth may disappear someday, but not now. You will never get what you want."

Gaia was a little breathless because she used her spiritual power in five days without rest, hoping to reach Elysia.

She then stared at the other six seal sigils, considering many things before opening the gate’s second seal.

"What are you trying to achieve by removing two of the seven gate seals to this sealed dimension?"

One of the humanoid monsters raised his head, looking at the metal gate questioningly. He thought Lady Earth had changed her mind and would release them, but he knew that was not true.

"..." Gaia blocked any spiritual attacks from within the sealed dimensional realm. She focused on sending her spiritual call through Elysia’s soul mark.

In the depths of the colourful ocean, a miniature water planetary manifested with a meditating lady floating in the middle like a centre of gravity.

The colourful seawater floated around in an orderly and structured manner as if following the energy rotation around them, resembling the flowing rivers.

’Ely, Ely...’

Elysia suddenly could hear someone call her name. The spiritual voice call was subtle, but she knew someone had chanted her name several times, and it was nearby!

She opened her colourful kaleidoscopic eyes, ending her meditation.

As a result of trying to study and control the colourful divine seawater, she entered the divine water manifestation mode. Like kaleidoscopic crystals, any fluid within her body also changed colour to become multicoloured.

"Someone chanted my name, but who? Is it you, Elena, Ai?" Elysia looked at her hands.

Her blood veins were visible on her fair skin, resembling colourful circuits circling throughout her body.

She could decipher a hidden secret from the divine colourful seawater during her meditation. This seemingly boundless ocean was previously as large as a sea, but it had already dissolved countless monsters into liquid, multiplying the volume of the sea into a seemingly limitless ocean.

The vibrant divine seawater mixed with countless monster remains...

’Ah, ugh... No, that’s not us. We meditate with you to learn and control the vibrant divine seawater. Who called your name just now, Ely?’ Elena wakes up from her meditation.

’Since they seem alive and eager to dissolve anything, I will name them Vibrant Seawater.’ Ai was the most eager one because they succeeded in becoming a water bender who controlled water that could melt the divine monsters.

"Let’s find out. Mm, they are Vibrant Seawater from now on. Heed my order. Converge." Elysia rose from her meditation position, swinging her arms with a graceful movement.

The surrounding seawater was turbulent, obeying the orders of the one who commanded them to move. They spun like massive waves, gathering and converging into a spiralling order and towering into the sky.

Elysia saved the Vibrant Seawater worth a lake into a unique gourd-like void storage artefact as she wished to take them away for future use.

"..." Elysia looked at the colourful ocean once again.

She slayed five divine calamity beasts, and those five survived the colourful ocean for so long, indicating they were not just ordinary divine calamity beasts.

Those monsters were already dead, and their cores fell into her hands. She would think about them later as she had to discover something important, namely finding out who had just called her name.

The Vibrant Seawater flowed out from the gourd and floated around Elysia as a colourful shawl.

Elysia touched the seemingly alive water shawl, knowing it had recognized her authority. However, she realized she was soaking wet. The colourful seawater drenched her and her divine dress had also partially melted, revealing much of her skin.

"Don’t dissolve anything without my order." Elysia reminded the Vibrant Seawater Shawl, but it couldn’t respond.

It happened when she studied and tried to control the colourful ocean. That result was inevitable because she was there for so long. Still, it would be fine from now on because she could order those waters around like an artefact with her new water-bending technique.

"Ely, ca-, u..." Someone called Elysia’s name again, but the voice grew weaker and became chaotic.

"Over there." Elysia turned around and immediately flew in the direction where the call came from.
