My Goddess is Good at Pretending

Chapter 532: Dimensional Collapse

Chapter 532: Dimensional Collapse

The Immortal Emperors, each a paragon of divine power, unleashed their ultimate might in a battle that transcended law and anyone’s comprehension. Their forms blazed with radiant energy, one suffused with the golden light of the divine sun, the other with the dark glow of the abyssal void. As they collided, the force of their blows rippled outward, fracturing the surrounding space into a kaleidoscope of swirling cosmic debris.

It was like two nuclear warheads collided in a ballon-like separated dimension. The boundary was greatly impacted after the destruction shattering the layered barriers, causing the spatial burst.

Elysia hastily made her move to prevent the dimensional collapse. She had to secure her farming ground from utter destruction. As a result, He-Dao was forcibly pulled out and the abyssal space was frozen to ensure Nad wouldn’t vanish.

The absolute law began to nullify the damage and absorb the energy remnant in the frozen space, but the abyssal space was already crumbling. One second late, it would leave nothing behind, and even Nad would vanish because it was cut off from the abyssal space.

"I can’t believe it. You ruined the abyssal space’s boundary even though I told you to leave it untouched..." Elysia muttered in disbelief.

If she had to reconstruct it from scratch, it would cost tons of mythical and god-tier resources. Not to mention, she also had to sacrifice a lot of energy and time. Even though she got everyone’s help, it took her two weeks of extra effort for good sake! Therefore, she tried to save what could be saved because it might still be repairable.

The space and separated dimensions were actually similar to a bubble world. Once the boundary was destroyed, it would burst out like a bubble.

Elysia received help from the Heavenly Agents and her personal heavenly servants. They also installed many layers of protection to prevent dimensional collapse from happening, but the battle between the 18th Rank God Emperor caused tremendous destruction beyond the countermeasure’s capability.

Because He-Dao was too engrossed in battle, he forgot to consider the boundary, causing the dimensional collapse. Fortunately, Elysia moved swiftly to prevent it.

"..." He-Dao remained silent, looking at the ground. He truly went all-out because the opponent was unbelievably strong.

The accumulated emotions buried for eons caused him to lose himself to empower his overall capability. Broadly speaking, he went berserk in the face of the Sovereign of Abyss, even though it was just a replica.

The clash lasted less than one hour, and the abyssal space’s boundary took the inevitable hits.

"Even though it was reinforced by multiple layers and the efforts from many of us, the realm barrier could only withstand it for this long, huh..." Elysia extracted the frozen abyssal space into a spatial orb. It got cracked everywhere, and a huge hole ruined a quarter of the abyssal space.

"I’ll compensate it, but I’m not losing out on that thing during the confrontation." He-Dao felt somewhat guilty and was willing to take full responsibility, but he had to emphasize that he had never been on the losing side.

"Alright. That might also be partly my fault because we’re not strong enough to empower the barrier." Elysia also apologized out of politeness.

She thought it would be fine if the boundary was left untouched, but she had no way to nullify the damage and impact of the battle between Immortal Emperors in a short period.

As for the training hall space, it was relatively safe since the strongest spawned monsters were only at 16th Rank. The installed countermeasures could prevent it from collapsing as long as nobody exerted power beyond the 16th Rank.

"I became too engrossed during battle. It’s not your fault." He-Dao rubbed his head.

Elysia then announced the abyssal space would be repaired. She also asked for everyone’s contribution to repair the abyssal space and strengthen it for better durability.

Previously, she could only ask the Heavenly Agents and the Heavenly Palace’s servants for their assistance, but this time, she could justifiably employ the high-rank affiliates for this menial work.

Not only He-Dao, but several Ancient Immortals and Primordial Gods were unable to refuse the request since they also wished to challenge the Nirvana Abyssal Demon’s replica to prepare themselves for the Nirvana Great War in five months.

The strongest Heavenly Agent was at 16th Rank, but since several 17th Rank powerhouses would be involved in this, and even He-Dao personally would strengthen the abyssal space, then the upgraded version of abyssal space would be possible to withstand the Immortal Emperor class destruction.

After putting up ’under construction’ signs in the frozen abyssal realm’s portal, Elysia clapped her hands once for attention. "The class for today is over. Feel free to study independently and continue your training. We shall lend the simulated realm to the Heavenly Palace."

The students responded with a few complaints because the class became so short, but in essence, they accepted the situation because it couldn’t be helped. They would gain a lot with the simulated realm and they also broadened their horizon by witnessing the clash between 18th Rank Gods.

The abyssal space was temporarily repaired by Elysia’s absolute divinity, and the appointed ’workers’ would begin to strengthen the boundary in the afternoon.

"I’ll lend this to you. Feel free to open the simulated realm during the weekdays." Elysia handed over the simulated realm’s key core to He-Dao.

"Okay. Are you going to return to the mortal world or stay in the Divine World for a day as usual? Hm, may I know your next schedule?" He-Dao wished to cross-check Elysia’s event schedule as he might do something for her.

"My secretary. What is our schedule after this?" Elysia called out Zi Xuan to answer in her stead.

"Replying to Goddess Master. We will attend a business meeting in the Mystic Stellar Realm in the afternoon. We also have agreements for business meetings with several merchants in Goddess Katie’s domain. After that, we shall continue our investigation toward the possible Intergalactic Empire out there. Also, Goddess Master wishes to find a suitable star. We shall bring the twelve Heavenly Agents and the twenty personal servants with us." Zi Xuan revealed some of her master’s event schedule.

"..." Elysia tapped her chin as she recalled about the mysterious merchant who occasionally visited this solar system. Xentia encountered them several times in the last five years, and she wished to meet them.

Based on the current assumption, the said merchant came from outside this galaxy, and the advanced civilization of the Intergalactic Empire was highly possible to exist. They only had yet to know where it was located.

"Supermassive star? What do you want to do with it?" He-Dao nodded in understanding because he had caught the winds about Elysia’s weekly schedule in the Divine World, but the supermassive star thingy was new to his ears.

"Take a guess~ Well then, we shall bid our farewell." Elysia faintly smiled as she couldn’t answer it right now. She raised her hand to her students. "If you wish to seek my guidance, feel free to mention it on the Heaven Channel~"

Everyone responded kindly. After Elysia and Elysium Family bid their farewell to the surrounding Gods and Immortals, they left with twenty personal servants and twelve chosen Heavenly Agents.

"Am I not being considered? They just left..." Yuna pointed to her face in disbelief. It might be the first time for Elysia to ignore her.

"Are you somehow offended Elysia?" He-Dao spoke via voice transmission.

Yuna recalled it, but her relationship with Elysia was still fine yesterday. "How is that possible, my lord? I would never dare, but I just feel Lady Ely ignored me today."

"Then you should hit her up in the group chat. Once they return, go with her group to discover more about her agenda." He-Dao looked at Elysia’s back with a profound gaze.

"Understood." Yuna replied with a slight nod.

For certain reasons, the Lord of Heaven assigned twenty heavenly servants as Elysia’s personal maids, but they also served as hidden intel to monitor Elysia and the Elysium Family’s movements.

As if that wasn’t enough, some Heavenly Agents would occasionally come to play and hang out with the Elysium Family. Their duties were similar, namely monitoring and assisting Elysia. Even though it was seen as an act of distrust, it was done for the common good. After all, no one could afford to find the recovering Supreme Goddess injured or led astray. He-Dao also wished to know all of Elysia’s movements, her intentions, and her activities while secretly protecting her.

"But, my lord... Are you okay? How do you feel after fighting that thing out?"

"It’s a mess... I prepared myself beforehand, but the abyssal space truly takes the shape of Nirvana Realm’s heart domain, close to Nirvana Palace..."

"I see... But, should we ask for the terrain change?" Yuna couldn’t help but feel worried.

"No need. Our battle will take place in the Nirvana Realm, not anywhere else." He-Dao sighed and crossed his arms.

After Elysia and Elysium Family left, several students chose to retry their run in the training hall space. More than half of them left the simulated realm as they had some matters that had to be resolved right away.

Mytia, Mystic Stellar Saintess, and Katie, the Fate Goddess, became one of those who had to postpone their training for today because they had an appointment with the Elysium Family.

"..." Mytia waved her hand in farewell.

"..." Katie responded kindly.

It was as if they had a tacit understanding even though they didn’t even say anything. They just smiled at each other and left the scene without saying a word.
