“Is there something you needed, Master?” His demeanor towards the old man wasn’t as respectful as the others, his tone and expression rather indifferent.
The old man was substantially warmer towards him than to the others, “I need a few living people to serve as hosts for a new batch of Gu Worms. Provide some for me.”
The young man gave him a cold look, “You want to use my people as hosts for the Gu Worms?”
The old man said, “Of course, not your men. Many young people arrived on this deserted island, you just need to capture them and I’ll select a few.”
“Those people were meant to be captured for ransom,” the young man replied.
