The story is good. The plot doesnt have many if any wholes, the grammar is usually great. The only problem that i have is it doesnt really feel like spiderman himself. And it goes even further from that feeling in the Genie arc. Peter is calculative, smart and coldblooded to his enemies while warm to his close ones. The story is quite fast and it usually follows the plot of the movies. The only difference is spiderman is now forcing himself to involve himself somehow. I felt like in the beginning it was kind of forced but it was starting to feel more natural as time went by but that may have been my imagination. I kind of feel like they ruined certain characters like tony stark. He has quite a big role but a lot of snappy comments or his smart mouth personality feels like it went to Peter. But ultimately, i enjoyed it and will be coming back to read every once in a while
I feel the same way, the way he treated Logan like a dog, or how the Genie fits into the story by giving him infinite power or even the development of his daughter at a young age, doesn't seem right to me. But we have to be more open-minded towards a world with super powers, super intelligence, aliens, etc... But I loved the story, at the beginning I was loving it but over time it didn't seem like Spider-Man to me, he lost his essence .
being open minded isnt an excuse, There is law in any country, propriety, manners, decency, and respect is something anyone with proper upbringing should have. There is reason, perspective, understanding, dicipline, and empathy, lending a guiding hand is the basis of healthy humanity. If not then the process of getting there is baseline of maturity. superpowers or a world of mayhem shouldnt change anything, just means the core of that person and what i just said more important or they will project it to society as hero or villain.

Having caught up to Chapter 293 I can say it's a pretty decent novel. The MCs doesn't act like the original Peter in that he doesn't mind killing those who have gone too far. It does a good job in keeping Peter as kind of a Sarcastic Jokester during his battles. There's honestly not much to praise since it kind of follows the Movies closely with a lot more additions like with the X-men being part of the universe and such. Though I will say it recently had an "arc" that was really great in terms of originality and just in world implications. Essentially the "arc" is Spoiler3 or so chapters in which in order to gain some OP wishes from a genie, our Peter has to go through some unknown trial that even the Genie has no clue about. Maybe it has something to do with his connection to the Web of Life and Destiny but the MC is sent on a mission to save Tobey Mcguires Uncle Ben while also teaching him the lesson he would have learned had he hunted down the killer. The next mission was one where he took control of Andrew Garfields body(he still had a backseat view and conversed with our Peter) and had to ensure Gwens safety while also defeating Electro and Green Goblin.There are, however, things that really annoy me with the story. First off, the MC just straight up goes to the Sactum Santorum and asks The Ancient One to teach him magic and she agrees(mainly because that wasn't supposed to happen in the futures she saw). He mainly did this to learn how to conceal his movements from SHIELD but this straight up makes it so that theres almost no danger in any of his fights. A second thing is the timeline. The Author decided to make it so that the first Iron Man movie is set in Peters Freshman Year at Highschool. Right now it's his Junior Year I believe(IDK cause at one point he just stops going since he's rich and smart enough that the Teachers don't bother). This makes it so that Peter has pretty much none of his own villains. Vulture probably sold all of the Alien scraps to the Avengers since Spidey said they would buy it all so theres almost no chance of him turning into a villain. Mysterio most likely won't appear since I highly doubt Tony will die with him being one of Peters best friends which also means most likely no Multiverse Shenanigans, but honestly that one might happen one way or another. MC might just jump dimensions since he might have the power with his Mystic Arts at some point. MC also hasn't revealed his Identity to any of the Avengers other than Tony and Fury(Fury accidently found out because his wife Grace knew Peter was Spiderman and said his name without thinking. BTW, this novels goes along with the theory that Fury is MJs father and Grace and May become close friends with Peter and MJs relationship so she found out Peter is Spiderman during the Attack on New York). Peter is close to being one of the most powerful people on the planet yet he still won't show who he is to protect his family. I get the idea but this guy can literally add a Passive Shield to their bodies that will activate and tell him their location whenever they are in danger so he can portal there. It's not like he's showing off to the World, just the Avengers Council would be fine.Other than those, theres not much else to complain about. This is still a pretty good fanfic for those looking for a Spidey novel.Edit: Oh also, there are R-18 scenes with MJ later on.

You know, defending allies or family members of your hero identity, it's not always something physical like a villain coming after you to kill or beat you, if he revealed himself, MJ's life, Grace or May wouldn't be the same, The people would be bothering them and they don't even want that fame, MJ may even want it, but she may want it as a superhero and not her teenage or citizen life.
I tried to read this the way through, but it's too mary-sue for my liking. There are no stakes at all in the story so far. Oh look I'm peter parker now, wow I have superpowers, oh I want to be a super genius, guess what I'm a genius now that can hack into government infrastructure with ease. Wait that's right I want to have magic, let's talk to the Ancient One and I'll easily learn magic.

I read ahead on Kakao and I just have to say how amazing this work is. Action scenes are awesone, the characters are great, and... it's such a tearjerker too. The MC is such a pure soul that he seems quite foolish in an endearing sort of way.

I have just one thing to say, this novel is a hidden gem, it's simply great, a real breath of fresh air after reading so many medium and low level novels. It's definitely worth reading, even though I've only read the 39 chapters available, I'm sure the quality won't go downhill. I'll explain why this novel is a hidden gem. Firstly, the translation is great and of good quality, so you don't have to worry about being corrupted by mtl,. Secondly, it breaks with clichés and uses them in a completely original and interesting way. Thirdly, great world-building and an engaging plot. Fourthly, charismatic and interesting characters. The synopsis might make you shy away because it sounds like the protagonist is some kind of edgelord, but quite the opposite, his actions have a motivation behind them and her acting is outstanding. The fights are great and engaging, the progression follows a perfect rhythm and, above all, the characters' interactions with each other and with the environment are wonderful. If I were to rate the potential of this novel, it would definitely be A+ (4.6/5 with the potential for 4.8). Of course, that's just the potential. When the novel accumulates a few hundred chapters, I will redo this assessment in a more complete and concise way.

Sorry, but I understand almost nothing about DnD. His personality is chaotic good, but he needs to stay in the personality created because of something that happens in the novel, then he would be more of a chaotic evil, as he would kill anything and everything that got in his way, of course, he would normally give it a few chances before doing that, but he doesn't hesitate, but as his personality is not so dark, he always tries not to reach that level and always look for an alternative path without breaking character, which makes things very interesting.

Caught up to the newest chapters. While the world and story itself isn't bad, there is too much of kingdom building and info dump in chapters. We basicaly get like 1-2 chapters of MC training and getting a bit of powerup and then 40 chapters of kingdom building and again 1-2 chaps of training. As for MC's character - he is a "good guy", trying to help everyone, avoiding killing even if someone offends him, and he always seek advice from others on how he should act. But it might change later with his progression. I just couldnt stand how undecided and forgiving he is.Also there are too many side characters, which makes the story confusing at times. Overall score 5/10.
A really good one for now, but careful there's not 300 chapters but more like 150, multiple chapters were posted twice as book 2 and then book 3, otherwise the story is really nice, the system too, peoples aren't extra dumb. From what there's to read I'd give a good 4 maybe a bit more.

Kill to get farming skills. Farm to get killing skills. Concept isn't new, as many games use exactly that system to balance out their activities, but seeing it implemented into a litRPG is ridiculous(in a good way). Read 20 chapters now, will update when read till ongoing.
Alright. 1st problem. There really wasn't any need to start from the middle. We have a character with established bonds, skills, equipment. Well, everything else. If someone dies, something breaks, skill doesn't work, reader won't feel anything. Because we know nothing about them and really do not care about that stuff. That makes a dissonance with main character as he cares for his friends, relies on his skills and army and is attached to things.The stories that start from the middle are quite popular in Korea but they often are different. There are some tricks to avoid this issue:1. Regression (FFF class trashero as an example but there are many others) - reestablish bonds anew, describe what MC thinks about a character from the previous regression. His previous experience, etc. And everything repeats itself again since it's a regression so plenty of time to make a bond again.2. Time skip away from people (The player who returned 10000 years later, The return of the disaster class hero) - 1st is easy since the guy was sent to hell for super long time and had no connections on Earth before returning. As for 2nd, he had bonds, yes but many things changed in 20 years. Also, MC is eccentric so his care for the bonds is kinda unique. The start from the middle is even used for some juicy flashbacks at the end of the novel and some side stories. In conclusion, this novel barely did anything to access this issue unlike most others do.
The first 80 chapters are good and interesting, but after them Chinese nonsense and stupid clichés begin.

Why are the villains even more ridiculous and idiotic here than they are in the worst of Chinese trash? The weakest cultivators and mortals seem to give zero shits about offending powerful cultivators, even when they know that cultivators regularly wipe out clans, cities, and so on. Combined with MC's frequent "woe is me, the world is mean and my mind is tormented" attitude, this novel is far, far worse than it should be.Seeing peak Nascent Soul cultivators constantly mope around because they had to kill a profligate young master, a lady said something mean to them, or whatever dumb shit is just terrible. Every key character is the whiniest bitch I've ever seen outside of some Japanese bullshit, and I'm pretty sure there's a heavy Japanese influence in this one due to all the lame psychological nonsense that takes up half of some chapters.So much goddamn whining. Fu#k off. No.For the positives, the English is top notch. The author actually knows their way around the language, which is almost unheard of with cultivation novels, even English originals, which are often worse than MTL edits for some reason. There's also a cool cat. I like cats, so that's nice. I really can't recommend this one at all. It almost feels like the author has not experienced life and is a whiny teenager, you know at the age where everything else is at fault and nothing is going the way they want.Oh and apparently for all his genious about cultivation MC is dense about love.On a final note I would add that I think the above reviewer missed the part where old farts give MC some manuals to read about cultivation and give off hand hints about it. Complete Martial Arts Attributes is fantastic, but ongoing with over 2k chapters now.If you can stand a book like the anime Death Flags or whatever with a non-romance female protagonist, Tori Transmigrated was great.I read a lot of LitRPG, but you didn't ask for that. This is off the top of my head, and with my whiskey and cokes, all I can think of at the moment. Enjoy :D

I've read up to book 2 ch 37 now and would like to give a review.This is a non-isekai, regressor, or reincarnation cultivator novel. The MC doesn't have any cheat at all. A novel so well written and addictive.The MC is a street trash and beggar in a little city. He seems to have a unique ability to Spoilerlower his life force/hide which attracted the attention of a traveling cultivator. For years he was taught by his new master and his master's friends Spoilerthat were at the nascent soul rank and thousands of years old. The MC is not some edgelord, nor some reincarnated master, or some stupidly written thief - type. He is just a kid who has never learned math, reading, or anything for that matter.The story isn't just about his master, his ability, the spirit beast he met, or anything of the sort. It is an introduction to the cultivation of that world, world building, and the journey of a young teen to adulthood and the beginnings of learning.The novel seems to be a coming of age/slice of life then adventure. The world is crafted plausibly, with the manner of interaction between mortals and cultivators, between sect cultivators and wandering cultivators, and between men and spirit beasts. It is amazing detailed and easy to fall into the story.To summarize the plot thus far: SpoilerMC is taught to read/write, math, herbalism and first aid, fists, spear, and jian over six years. Introduced to what cultivators are, and what the Jianghu is. MC feels a call concerning his enlightenment to travel "to the east" and he sets off on his adventure. The writing is so good I thought it was written by Er Gen, Tomatoes, Tang Jia San Shao, or another famous author. I quite recommend it.

Even during the training, breaking it down to 4 moves - variations of slash, stab, block, and parry. Weapon deterioration and damage from sparring and sending your qi into the weapon. The reason why 2 hands are needed for the spear, and how that is used.If you're wondering if you should read it, you should. It reminds me a bit of Painting the Mists, if you've ever read that series. Try royalroad or kindle.

Well scripted and I was able to visualise it very clearly as I read. Combat is pretty brutal and powering scaling is a done pretty satisfyingly, since everything relies on actual skill and not “Skills” or “Levels”.World building, especially religion had me eye-rolling at the beginning whereSpoiler——one of the main antagonistic forces is a cult believing in a single ‘superior’ godFor reincarnated as a monster fans, you’ll find this series fairly satisfying although suffering from the usual tropeSpoiler——of MC eventually getting himself a human form. In this case, it’s still pretty alien though, and it wasn’t by choice.At the time of this review, the series is still ongoing on Syosetsu, with a bunch in the backlog to be translated (about ~150 chapters) so I’m looking forward to where this is going. <
I read a portion of this, but dropped soon after because it was completely different than what I thought even though I read that review. He does get reincarnated as a scorpion but from birth he’s forced into a master servant contract and became a young master’s battle beast companion as he was born from an egg they had. He’s forced into many different tortuous trainings and can’t resist, and trained up for a battle beast tournament. He’ll probably get out of this situation but SpoilerI skipped a bunch of chapters and saw another person ordering him around like a slave so I’m guessing it’ll take a while . Well you can check the other person’s review and my review if you want more info in case u want to read, but I’m out for now

Read 113 chapters and it is a good novel. Quality wise also good. It focuses a lot on psychology and it is well done in that regard but the whole goal of 'I won't earn money and I won't do anything on my own and live for others instead of me' theme sounds fine because his entire previous life he focused on his career instead of friends and family but now he went full 180 and it makes it sometimes frustrating to read because why would I earn some money if it destroyed my life previously.Another complained I had is that the novel is hard to follow sometimes because of the Korean names and the amount of characters. Some potential has been missed aswell because in the early chapters he wanted to use his future knowledge to start his own company but he never did use any future knowledge besides to help his friends out and not himself.3.5/5 excellent novel but hard to follow sometimes and no clear direction and no story progression hampers it a lot.
It is elementary, fellow daoist. Because hindsight is 20/20. We may not understand we are wasting our precious resources until it is too late. People coming from poverty strives to not go back to that situation. Sometimes it blurs what is important. But after his death MC is given a "unique" chance to live his life again. He knows that more money does not equal better life. So, in this regression, he instead focuses on improving the lives of others. Realistic, if I may say so.
I agree and that is why I said the premise is fine but it becomes an issue when he keeps helping characters that have no depth so far so who cares if the mc helps this random person out. At that point it is reading about an mc that tries to be an hero and there is a reason anti-hero mc's are getting more popular over the years because heroes feel superficial.It would be more interesting if we had a few chapters about his previous life and all his relationships that he screwed up because then when he actually helps them out it will feel meaningful compared to introducing random characters and say oh he was a nice guy and I cut of our relationship because my focus was on my career so lets help him and x chapters later the same thing happens again. Do that 5x times and that is this novel so far.

I read up to chapter 39. I feel like I'm watching a novel about "The Witcher", the whole feeling is about a really adventurous protagonist.He doesn't have a clear goal at the beginning, other than to get stronger, saving the words from completing an adventure.The unfolding of the story shows us a guy who carries out missions in a city, meets people and leaves soon after, like a true pilgrim adventurer. There is no such thing as a "steady companion" or the possible creation of a mercenary group seeking power. Just a wandering adventurer.Spoiler about the development: SpoilerHe becomes the "champion" of a Goddess and seeks to annihilate an Evil God, to protect himself and because he believes that this is the answer that represents a "true adventure" and the way to return to his world. He is not a true man of faith.If you like D&D, The Witcher, or adventure classics, this is for you. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a refreshing read. Read a few chapters a day for a better experience.
Honestly, it's a very good read. We are thrown into mc's new world without any information at first but I really like the character we have seen so far and how the story slowly progresses. A solid 9/10 novel that doesn't require too much thought to enjoy.

At the beginning, somewhere up to chapter 190 of the novel, mc is similar to the Japanese betta mc, but from about chapter 190 he finally became more adequate and it even became more interesting for me to read, before these chapters I would have given the novel a rating of 2-3 stars, but after that How mc pulled his head out of his ass I'll give him a 5, only because there hasn't been a normal novel for a long time that I would read until the middle, I finished reading this novel. If you are worried that mc is a eunuch and a beta, at first yes, but it gradually develops (in chapter 196 (Mtl) he slept with Fmc). There is nothing to say about the world itself and the skills, the world and its design are mediocre (although there are a couple of interesting ideas). Overall, objectively, I would give the novel 3.5/5
It's not bad so far, so I used the link to follow it over to the mtl source, which is horrible, but I can at least follow the rest of the story.As others have said, the MC got isekaid into a hunter academy in a world with dungeons and the typical level system - f, e, d, c, and so forth. People have runes which are their skills. They try to earn new runes and also to increase the rating of their existing ones.The MC has a rune copying cheat over those he defeats. He gets sort of OP, but still his stats are lagging, the rune levels are a bit lower, and so forth so he must put in a lot of training in order to advance his rank.It's not too bad a plot, so far at ch 187 the plot has mostly centered around his growth, a few dungeon runs, and fighting with the cliche human traitors. Every single hunter novel must have those it seems.The characters are alright. Mc has no girlfriend but several different girls buzzing around him. He is a dense protagonist. The bottom line however, it is a pretty good novel and I find it interesting and enjoy reading it. It's definately rated far too low imho.Edit - after finishing the novel on mtl, I'm pretty satisfied with the ending. MC has several wives, and top hunter in the world. An open ending, where he is vowing to himself to get even stronger.

I have read the early chapters and here what I know. First, MC transmigrates into the typical korean hunter academy universe. ? Second, He got the scam rune called Epic Grade Rune [Rune Hunter Lv Max]. He can get other people's rune by defeating them but only one rune per person. It was quite op. Third, as always he was entangled in the trouble of MC. The novel was good considering MC wasn't puss out or remain cautious like some dumbass in these type of novel afraid of changes. The negative point is there are too many infos about runes, skills, and ultimate, clans and factions. One thing that very erk me is MC was given dagger skill and assign to assassin class but this guy keeps on learning swordsmanship. Cliche much! As every korean novel, it was 1st person POV and the names are confusing as hell. I have to take notes of them. Everything else is typical, Protagonist in novel with Op runes for hardworking, FML with super background and op mage runes, Her friend with Archer rune, Supporting extra girl with mage rune but never notice in real novel.

It's fine for me as I've cultivated the art of MTL reading for years. I'm a veteran in reading and believe me this "wall of text"(Liners instead of paragraphs) is not the worst. I think it's because translation was done sentences wise (a technique) and chapters are also unedited. Also The translation is very slow and at this rate it'll take years for its completion lol.MAIN REVIEW: UNDERRATED. I Read this because i love Snipers. My favorite is kar-98k & AWM btw. That's why A mc who's a sniper caught my eye, read this and wasn't disappointed. The story is great. Sometimes logical and sometimes also illogical lol. Not anything revolutionary but this novel at least kills your time. The mc and characters are also decent. You should read this if you've already read pretty much everything top recommended or vice versa.The main character is a decent guy. No edgy, stupid, cringe behavior, simping etc. Doesn't shy away from difficulties. MC is a great Strategist as he was in army. He's also logical and cares about his friends. But MC is too OP so if you hate Over-powered characters, then you know what to do lol. The side characters are also ok. You might find someone annoying but don't worry author doesn't delve much deeper in any character's story arc.OVERALL a good read for me. You may like it or hate it. I'll say just enjoy the narrative if you can or find something else to read. Recommend to read this though. You'll enjoy it (a bit at least?). Take care.NEGATIVES: The dialogue is cringe sometimes, specially when mc is conversing with women lol (practice dao of ignoring to tackle it). Hate when a story has an editor and they still put out crap. It starts out normally then you get chapters that are one paragraph.
Sorry if my english is bas...The story could be good...I'll never know since I had to give up. You know, there's a reason paragraphs exist. The first chapters are large blocks of text without any organization, which makes reading exhausting for the eyes. In the end I had to give up my reading because of my burning eyes. It's really cool to translate novels, but if it's to do shoddy work then move on and find another job, it's frustrating to have to abandon a story because of poor text organization by a beginner.
I believe this had a manhua named "Arcane sniper"; give it a shot if u liked the concept.

Story of an attention grabber, how Korean?
Well since there aren’t any reviews here that explain anything about the story and neither does the synopsis, I’ll try to explain a little from what I’ve read. What I’m writing in this first spoiler tag shows up in the first few chapters and is basic information that can get u hooked so I wouldn’t call them a spoiler, but the spoiler tags at the end are a little bigger types of spoilers. Anyway,Spoiler the mc basically dies cruelly without getting any help from his ‘comrades’ in an apocalypse setting where there are many higher beings in play. The mc gets reincarnated as one of these higher beings. Next I’ll explain the different types of beings before I go on. -Among the humans there are normal humans, uncontracted humans who awakened, and contracted awakened humans. Awakened beings can use the power of ‘stories’ to gain power, and they do this by fighting in dungeon like places. They can also gain points and use these points to buy things like weapons, clothes, skills, items and so on.-Then there are a type of higher being, ‘Tellers’, who contract awakened humans and have them go into dungeons that have stories to them so they can get stronger and gradually become more famous. The Tellers livestream the experiences the human goes through in their own library, and other higher beings can watch, so the more views and donations they can get in their livestreams, the more points these Tellers get which can in turn help them promote. The humans gain points as well, just not as much if I’m not wrong. They’re all a part of a big company and at this moment we don’t know much about the higher ups. Also they have a type of protection where they can’t get attacked or killed unless a special situation, which make most of them arrogant and treat humans as lesser beings, which is technically right. -Next is basically what we understand at this moment as ‘spirits’. They’re pretty diverse, and there are many factions among them, including Pandemonium (which has beings like Satan), Eden (which has beings like angels who are against Pandemonium), as well as other myth related groups like ancient Buddhists groups, Greek gods, Norse gods, etc. There are many lower and medium spirits who make up a large number where we don’t even know how many groups there are, and they are usually the viewers of the livestreams. They usually like hero stories so the Tellers and contracted humans try to please them. But there are obviously bad groups who don’t want any good for humans, and instead want to see despair.That’s all the basic knowledge I would say without spoiling the novel for now. The mc is reincarnated as a Teller, but he’s obviously different than other Tellers as he wants to be a protagonist. (Spoiler territory)SpoilerHe even gives up his protection at one point so he can still use many privileges as a Teller but he can still die. This is because he wants to fight on the front line instead of watching from the sides. The mc also has a cheat like power Spoilerwhere he can see ‘books’ above every being which include pretty much everything about the said person. Unless the person is a much stronger and higher being than himself. Pretty self explanatory. I tried being non-bias here, and only made this review so people will know more about this novel before reading as I know there’s little information shown. Anyway if u don’t want to know more information before reading the novel go ahead, this is only for people like me who were undecided for a while

I haven’t read return to player in years so I’m not sure but I think the setting is slightly similar. Also I wouldn’t say the mc in this novel was that strong, he was pretty much a follower of the ‘protagonist’ like being in his world but left to die by him in the end (this is stated in the first chapter so I wouldn’t say it’s a spoiler)
Without any bias it's an alright novel. The development of the story is fast. Very fast. Well..how the characters progress feels fast as we don't get a sense of time beside the first couple chapters. The quality of writing is...well pretty much the same as any other Translated Novel. The world background doesn't have much yet given its only 62 chapters that have been translated but it feels alright. And the character design is...kinda eh. Not really a lot to say but not a lot to praise.So a C to a C+ Rank. Without bias of course. However with bias I'd say a C+ to a B-.Go give it a shot. Oh and this isn't a good and very well thought out Review so take everything with a grain of salt. Maybe add some reviews of your own to help out or whatever

Boring. MCs abilities are boring and uninteresting. I was a little curious about the world, but not enough to read 450+ chapters to find out.
It was actually unexpectedly quite unique and a decent one to read, their is a lack of the usual chinese face slapping which was a relief (does happen everynow and then but not excessive), the pacing is steady for the most part. Overall it something that is worth reading especially if you just want to waste some time
